一、教學目標:本課程主要在介紹軟體專案管理與軟體建構管理之概念與相關進行活動。。

       This course discusses issues in software project management and software configuration management, as listed below. Overview of Project Management- software project life cycle, object-oriented software development; Project management concepts- task, activity, work package, work breakdown structure, organization structure, software project management plan; Project management activities- planning, organizing, controlling, terminating; Concepts of configuration management- configuration items, configuration and version, change request, release, branch, change management; Introduction to project management and configuration management tools. Learners will practice the skills by completing a software development project in the course.

二、課程範圍:

    1. 專案管理概念介紹-軟體專案生命週期、物件導向軟體開發;

    2. 專案管理概念-工作、活動、工作包、工作細分結構、組織結構、軟體專案管理計畫;

    3. 專案管理活動-規劃、組織、控制、結案;

    4. 建構管理概念介紹-建構項目、建構與版本、改變需求、軟體發布、分支與改變管理;

    5. 專案與建構管理工具介紹。

三、授課方式:課堂講解、報告。課程的實施,將兼顧理論與實務並重。透過實際執行一軟體開發專案,學習者將有充分機會練習專案管理之各項活動並熟悉工具之使用。
